Your free discovery call is 30 minutes. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing. What it will do is give you more clarity about your situation than you've had in a while — because that's what happens when you finally say the thing out loud to someone who's trained to listen.

Questions you're probably sitting with
Honest answers to the things most people wonder but don't always ask.
Life coaching is a private, structured conversation between you and someone trained to help you see what you can't see from where you're standing.
It's not advice-giving. It's not me telling you what to do. It's asking the right questions, in the right order, until you hear yourself say something you've never said out loud before, and then we build from there.
For professional women specifically, coaching often creates the space to bridge the gap between where you are and where you know you’re capable of being. Not because anything is missing or wrong, but because you’ve spent so much time showing up for everyone else that you’ve rarely had a dedicated space to reflect on what you truly want for yourself.
This is one of the most important questions you can ask, and I respect you for asking it.
Therapy is clinical. It's designed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, process trauma, and heal psychological wounds. If that's what you need, please pursue it — I'll even help you find the right person.
Coaching is different. I'm not here to fix something broken. I'm here to work with someone who is functioning — maybe even succeeding by every external measure, but who quietly knows there is a version of themselves they haven't accessed yet.
The short answer: therapy heals the past. Coaching builds the future. Many of my clients do both simultaneously, and I work comfortably alongside that.
It's specifically for someone like you.
The women I work with are not falling apart. They are capable, driven, and accomplished. What they're missing is someone in their corner who isn't a colleague, a partner, or a friend with their own agenda — someone who will sit with them in full honesty and help them figure out what they actually want, and what's actually been stopping them.
If you've been waiting for permission to invest this kind of attention in yourself — this is it.
Pushing through is what got you here.
You've been doing that for years — working harder, being stronger, keeping it together. And you're still stuck. Which tells you something important: the problem isn't effort. It's direction.
Coaching helps you identify the specific belief, habit, or pattern that is quietly running your decisions without your permission. Once you can see it clearly, it loses most of its power. The women who get the most from coaching aren't the ones in crisis. They're the ones who are tired of being capable of more than they're currently living.
This is actually the most common reason women come to me, and it's a completely valid starting point.
You don't need to arrive with a five-year plan. "Something feels off" is enough. In fact, it's often more honest than a rehearsed goal — because it means you haven't talked yourself into something that sounds right but isn't.
In our first sessions, we do the work of finding the language for what you're feeling. Most clients are surprised by how quickly that clarity comes when they're finally in a space where they can think out loud without judgment.
A session with me is a structured conversation — but it won't feel like an interview or a performance review.
You talk. I listen in a way most people in your life don't have the training or the bandwidth to. Then I ask you something you weren't expecting. You think. Sometimes you surprise yourself. We work with what comes up.
By the end of each session, you'll have at least one insight you didn't walk in with, and at least one specific thing to do before we meet again. There's no jargon. It's honest, practical, and deeply personal.
My signature programme — The Power Within — is six months, twelve sessions. That's not arbitrary. Lasting change takes time, and six months gives us enough runway to go beyond surface shifts and actually rewire the patterns underneath.
By month two most clients are already making decisions differently. By month four the people around them are noticing. By month six they look back at where they started and can barely recognise that version of themselves.
If you're wondering whether you can afford six months — I'd gently ask you to consider how much the last few years of staying stuck have already cost you. A payment plan is available. Let's talk.
Completely and without question.
What you share in our sessions stays in our sessions. As a certified coach, I abide by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, which includes maintaining strict confidentiality and creating a safe, respectful coaching environment. I do not discuss clients or share personal information outside of our work together, and I treat every conversation with the utmost professionalism and care.
The reason women feel safe speaking honestly with me is because they know they are being heard without judgment and that their stories remain protected. That sense of safety is the foundation of meaningful coaching. This is a space where you can say the thing you’ve never said out loud — and know it will be held with respect and confidentiality
Yes — and for most of my clients, online works better.
All sessions are available via video call. No commute. No rescheduling because traffic made you late. No explaining to anyone why you're stepping away.
The work doesn't suffer from being online. If anything, being in your own space often makes it easier to be honest. I work with clients across South Africa and beyond. If you have a connection and thirty minutes of privacy, we can make it work.
Book the free discovery call.
It's thirty minutes. It costs nothing. There's no obligation on either side. We'll talk about where you are, what you're hoping for, and whether working together makes sense.
I won't pressure you. I won't pitch you. I will ask you one or two questions that might make you think harder than you expected — but you'll leave the call with more clarity than you arrived with, regardless of what you decide.
The only thing that keeps most people from booking that call is the fear that hearing their situation out loud will make it feel more real. It will. And that's not a bad thing. That's the beginning.
